Field Day with Girly Girl

Yesterday was field day at Girly Girl's school.

That is so good that there is acceptance & understanding among her classmates. Hug Girly-girl for me.

And it is probably because she is with her peers that she stretches herself that much more too.

But then, she's YOUR daughter, so why are you always surprised at what she can do?...It runs in her genes..... *smiles*

This brought a tear to my eye.

I'm glad that you guys have insisted that she be included with her peers in everything. When the children are kept separated they don't get the chance to do things like this...and as Girly Girl just proved...she's just as good...even better than the others!

I'll bet she felt pretty darn proud of herself when her peers were congratulating her on her great job. YEAH!
