Lonestar Half Iron Distance

Fanastic race, very pleased with my result. Especially since I came to Galveston to race the sprint and do the Half as a training run. I got to within 6-mins of my PR for Half iron distance and my bike definately suffered after the sprint race and then the layover without a massage.

Nice work! I agree that the cheering was good during the run and I liked the looped course. I only had to do the loop twice, though...maybe that's why. :) I'm glad you had a good time out there and I think that is a HILARIOUS idea about the Speedo at the Protest Du. You must be joking, though, right!?!?!? ~Mercedes

You didn't see the flashmob Austin "I Spy" at SXSW pictures then... of course I'm not kidding. I have genuine 1990's Speedo tri speedos, with a bike bad. The only question is blue or black... I think black...

nice job Mark! I wasn't sure what your current PR was but amazed you came pretty close...you'll smash it in Florida!! great weekend of training. so did you use the special Wongstar height block?
