This was so much more than I wanted, and I can't thank you enough! I just love how it sort of felt ok, because that bit with Sawyer staring at Kate's house and not reading the book made me so incredibly sad for Juliet. And I love how you made it happen because she was trying to help Sayid, not out of any instnat and unbelievable lust or anything. It was all so practical and them, that when it happened, if felt so natural, like it should have happened. And I loved that they didn't turn the incident into an angst-fest. They just had some comfort sex and got back to business, as Sayid and Juliet, the two most useful people on the island, always do.

The Sawyer thing... well, I was thinking about the mental/emotional place that Sawyer is in right now, and how he would react to Kate being around again... and that just seemed natural.
As for Sayid and Juliet... I'm not ashamed, they're two of my favourite characters. I've actually played Juliet in RPGs a few times, and I do find her 'voice' quite easy to write with. Sayid.. I dunno, I just went with it.
