Oh, this is so perfect! They way they interact, and how well you have their characters down, and Buffy being Buffy when she's fab, and them giving River the strength to plan her escape! ♥ ♥ ♥

In my head, Firefly is totally in the same universe and things have just changed a lot... but not so much that it's irrelevant.

Yeah, for me it's all the same universe. Dollhouse too, actually... I decided that Wolfram&Hart, the Alliance, Blue Sun and Rossum are all basically the same. SCARY THOUGHT.

ANYWAY. So glad you liked it, because this is kind of a different style to my usual... plus I've never written Fray before, so I was worried about that. (and in my world, B is only ever fab.)

I really like this - I love the experimental style that keeps crosses time and space, I think it really works!!

Also, HA to W&H and Rossum being the same. It makes me think about Lindsey being sent to the Attic, and Boyd and Hamilton having tea together.

Yay! thanks for reading!

...ooh, I can totally see Boyd and Hamilton sitting there drinking tea together. (Dammit, I think there's a fic wanting to be written there...)

Oh I love this! Particularly the idea of River as a slayer (or something like it). Excellent stuff!
