You are one of the most intriquing people I have had the pleasure of talking to and reading your journal. In all honesty, I am envious of the life you get to explore and see day to day. Through good and bad, your life is certainly an adventurous one. You are so well educated, travelled, and have experienced so much wonder in life. I could only wish to be so fortunate. That isn't to say I never had the joy of experiencing different countries and cultures in my life. As I child I traveled the world with my family. Memories that I cherish mostly through pictures. As a young adult I was a victim (I hate that word) of a serious crime which left me with a brain injury that took several years of rehabilitation to adapt to. I am definitely one of the fortunate ones that made success out of my life and accomplished independence with living and a career. Today very few people even know about the hurdles I had to over come in order to be seen as a so called "Normal" person. My disability is not recognized by everyday people in my life
