There are those moments in life when you just go, "Oh, now I get it, how couldn't I have noticed it before?" and then slap yourself on the forehead for being so oblivious to what was happening.  I had one of those last night, and let me tell you that when they involve the matters of the heart they sting that much more.  I feel incredibly stupid

Oh Gods, how I did not mean this to happen in this way. Living the lifestyle, I assume everyone knew, and while it's not exactly an 'exclusive' arrangement, and I am more than welcome to be emotionally involved with others, I was told that my physical involvement is limited. Believe me, the emotional involvement was present, and so was the desire for more, but we fell at a bad time.

Please don't shy away from me because of this.

I am not going to shy away from you, I was just wounded by the slap in the face reality gave me when I realized the truth. I feel very emotionally involved with you, and though I would like for a more physical counterpart to exist, I am happy with whatever is happening.
