Following up on the Gluten thing

We did try that for several days and then Hekka got sick and wanted chicken noodle soup and that kind of thing, and I asked her afterward if she wanted to continue the no gluten, and she said she didn't.  But we may look at it again down the road.  I have this big bag of corn flour now.  I should make some more tamale pie.

In case you do and she wants chicken noodle soup, there are places that have rice noodles, Trader Joe's being one of them. We had those with spaghetti and you cannot tell the difference.
