I called RING Customer Support about the issues I was having and they suggested to unplug my WIFI router for a minute then plug it back in. So I did and my RING is back working properly.

Just when I think I can handle tech problems, I feel dumber than a rock.

i hate technology

Oh, yeah, that's alway the first thing TBG makes me do. He was tech support for AT&T before he retired.
