The young man isn't the only one enjoying the fresh air, today. Father Mulcahy was looking for someone, hoping for someone, but when he didn't find who he was looking for -- well, it's a nice day, isn't it? He has been walking down by the lake for some time, taking in the sunlight and the first signs of spring.

When he spots the other figure, he raises a hand in greeting, and starts to walk in that direction.

It's the motion of the good father's stroll that catches Cerb's attention. He scents the air and tenses slighlty. Mortal. Live mortal. Off limits.

The wave muffles the slightly predatory tense posture as the young man rises at the new arrivals approach. What is that? What does it mean? He cants his head to one side.
