It's a nut-based, high protein paste, that is easily transportable, long-lasting that is currently the best relief tool against malnutrition. They have to feed the first one to the child in the treatment centre because they worry that the mothers will give them to their other children. Understandable, but malnutrition is SO much worse in the first two years of a child's life.
