I had a thought after watching the "Dugger Wedding" commercial for the bazillionth time. In the commercial, the eldest Dugger son is preparing for his wedding and he is saying on camera that he has never kissed his intended. And I entirely buy that. I personally care nothing for sex but...yeah. I'm not thinking it's a good idea to not allow any intimacy. I mean...dang.

I feel like they could get really messed up emotionally by going from 0 to 60 in the span of a few hours. I mean, most people get their first kiss from 13-16 or so. And then you often get a bit of time to deal with those emotions. THEN you move a bit further along in the fooling around arena, and you have some time to deal with those emotions, too. So by the time you get to sex, you're not going to flip out completely because you've (probably) already had a boy take your pants off. But having all those emotions in one night? Eh...I feel like you could have a serious freak out. And THAT'S never sexy.

Since I have experience with this sort of thing (sex), it's hard for me to see....but if say, my future hypothetical wife DIDN'T, then I would sort of wean her into it slowly. Kinda like teaching someone a new skill at work. Perhaps the first night all you do is kiss, for example, so on.

At least, that's how I'd do it.
