I am at my internship for thirty more minutes of parent-teacher night but we've only had a few students leading their parents into the library. So it's been pretty chill. And because comps were Monday I am back on my multi-book-reading horse. YES!

I didn't like American Born Chinese as much as I thought I would, but I'll give the other book a shot. I'm glad I'm not the only one who reads multiple books at once.

I was in a book club as a kid and Nappy Hair was read to us. Lovely story, oh yes. I'm always happy to see it, since it's written like an actually gathering of people. <3
