Actually... tri_blog May 30 2009, 10:08:26 UTC
The women are right. My "friend" is not reliable, conscientious, hard-working, or a good student. I would not and have not recommended her for jobs, when people have asked me who is a good person to hire (as two employers just did).

She graduated from nursing school two years ago, yet she failed the NCLEX THREE times and only passed on her fourth try. She often does not follow through with what she says. I would not trust her as a nurse. To this day, she has not found a job as a beginning RN.

So actually, it's a good thing she has not been hired. I'd worry about being her patient.

In fact, last night I was reevaluating why I am still wasting time with her as a friend.

I have decided to cut off our friendship. So yeah, in the end it's the quality of your performance that gets you the job and keeps you the position.

When are we gonna talk? tri_blog May 30 2009, 10:21:46 UTC
By the way, would you like to talk by phone?

I know we said we should meet if we're ever in the same town. I have no idea where you normally are.

Anyway, please feel free to phone me. I can give you my contact info. What's your email?
