Well today was a decent day i started work at 3 and got off at 12:30. The day was pretty good until i got the bright idea that i was going to drink pop which I am not allowed to do because my kidneys are bad. My mom has some pretty bad kidney issues, too. She had a kidney stone bigger than a golf ball. How did she piss it out, you ask? She didn't. Her doctor broke it apart, and then they had to go up and scrape out what was left. Yikes.

Drinking water is just the best thing you can do. I know you said you're just not supposed to drink pop, but maybe you can help fix the problem... ? Dr. Liz, at your service. :)
