It took me a long time to reconcile myself to "Upper Canada" and "Lower Canada" being contrary to their relative north-south positions. I always have to remind myself that the designations refer to upriver and downriver on the St. Lawrence.
I liked it well enough, but it wasn't as good as the beers we had at the Niagara College restaurant where they have a Teaching Brewery (to go with their Teaching Winery).
