That's right, Mister, and I want some answers! Who are you? Where am I? Why am I being held here? How can I contact my crew?

Hold on, please, Captain. I believe I can only really answer one of your questions.

I am Jean-Luc Picard, Captain... of the USS Enterprise, NCC-1701E.

I'm from the 24th century.

I am Seven of Nine, Tertiary Adjunct of Unimatrix Zero-One. I am the Astrometrics Officer on board the USS Voyager, NCC-74656. I'm afraid I cannot specify on the whereabouts of the Enterprise as I am not currently within the same Quadrant as that vessel. However, I was under the impression that Loc-- Captain Picard was in command of the Enterprise. Is he no longer?

No, no, apparently there's been some sort of... incident with time and reality. Again, dammit. I suppose from your point of view, I'm from... the past. I'm Captain James T. Kirk of the Federation Starship Enterprise, NCC-1701.

...Well, I suppose it's... nice to be recognized. You definitely have me at something of a disadvantage, ma'am: you know my name and I don't know yours.

I know you mostly by name and reputation, Captain. You're somewhat of a historical sensation in my time. My third host knew your Chief Medical Officer, Leonard McCoy. Anyway, I'm Lieutenant Ezri Dax; a counselor stationed on Deep Space Nine.

Historical... sensation you say? I can't wait to tell Spock.

Wait, what do you mean by 'host?'

You know Q, if this is your idea of a joke, I am quite unamused.
