Rawk! All that time spent chasing her off worked, and you didn't even get busted for it. (Kidding! I know you just wanted her to get off her ass and do her job.)

Here's hoping you get a decent replacement.

I'm hoping for Courtney or Brian to get on as her replacement. But I know Courtney really wants (and needs) a full-time job, and Bri doesn't care for the current job description, which calls for working weekends. That part is fixable.

We'll just have to see. Both of our current work-study guys (Brian, and the new guy, Mike) have expressed interest, then there's Courtney, and maybe one of Donna's students, Bonnie. Just have to get the job description rewritten to take that stupid 2-yr degree requirement out of it.

I'm glad she will be out of your hair. And I hope you find the perfect person to replace her.

As far as feeling guilty about which projects you work on, here is Phoenix and I's take on that situation when making cookies. "They are our cookies, we can do what ever we want with them" I would say that rule applies to string as well ;)

It's been noted recently that folks who didn't know better might think I was raised Jewish, I get guilty about so much.

I am working on it.

I usually don't stress about it too much, but The Sweater's been a UFO for three winters now, and that's a bit much. I can't justify starting another equally time-consuming project when I've had that one in progress so long.
