i think her outfit looks silly but i don't think this will effect "lolita culture" very much. nor do i think she was trying to dress lolita. probably she just thought the dress was cute and wanted to wear something to match her kid. i also don't think lolita fashion should be restricted to "lolitas only" or never worn with other kinds of clothes. lolita style is fashion, and fashion stagnates without experimentation.
