HONESTLY, I DON'T KNOW. THE COTTAGE ITSELF IS PRETTY OLD. IT'S LAST OWNER DID SOME RENOVATIONS, EXCEPT FOR THE BASEMENT. IT PROBABLY MIGHT BE HAUNTED. :/
