i'm in much need of lawspiration. i'm pretty much done with my law readings and tutorial questions. just that i have to answer some principle questions and that's it for law. and i've spent the entire day just on law only. *groans*

and i still have money & cap as well as my stocks and bonds chapter to do. *double groan*

well, commerce students taking law subjects out of necessity is quite different from the full-fledged law students. but i'd say that first of all, you really require a good command of the English Language. and i'm sure you pretty much fufill that requirement already. and secondly, i'd reckon you'll need analytical skills of some sort.

like a math problem, you need to know how to solve cases. find a way out of it. well that's from my point of view. i'll ask my friends. a few of them are doing single law and double law degrees.

Thanks! Actually that was one of the best answers I've ever had, usually everyone's like err I think you have to memorise alot of rules but I always thought of law as more discussion and analysing.

ooh really..

no no, law exams are ALL open book exams. which makes it harder. cos you've to prepare wayyyyy before the exam with your super consdensed summarised notes. no time to flick through the detailed notes. and by the way, law exams are not meant to be finished. people freak out when they dont finish their paper. but for law, it's SO normal.
