Please feel free to distribute my rant to anywhere you think might be useful. The Liberals haven't publically shown any indication of considering changes to their terrible transportation strategy, but it's always possible that current events, an upcoming election, and a show of public sanity might provoke them to change their mind. The financial crisis would be a great excuse for them, since it affects the viability of P3 financing.
