Some friends are looking to sublet their Vancouver apartment for Sept 2008 - April 2009 while away on academic exchange. It's a perfectly fine, roomy, older one-bedroom apartment on the fourth floor of a walk-up on Broadway about two blocks from Commercial Drive. Rent is a very reasonable $800/month
