Ford cat

We lost Marie's special little Ford cat today.

Ford joined our life as a little kitten. When we went to a friend's house to pick two kittens Ford crawled up Marie's arm, nuzzled her ear and purred. "Your mine, take me home now." We took her, and her brother Merlin (my choice), to live with us.

When I saw what kitten Marie picked I said, "You picked

Lady Bast, take Ford up into Your arms. Restore her to youth and health, and help her to wait in patience at the Rainbow Bridge until her people come to her in their time. So mote it be.

Thanks everyone for your kind thoughts. It's been tough. We miss her horribly.

To make matters worse we had to take Merlin to the vet today. Turns out he was constipated, again. He has mega colen so we have to keep an eye on his output, so to speak. Hopefully he'll be OK now.
