One of my Jezebel friends commented that she had "held it together" while watching E12 until she saw Much's face. This pretty much sums it up perfectly.

Aww I know, breaks your heart doesn't he? It's like when my friends and I watched 'The Gift' (Buffy s5 finale), we were all ok until we saw Spike crying, then we were destroyed!

Yeah, it seemed in the ep that Much wasn't with the rest of the gang and I thought it would be nice (if really sad) for him to have been on his way to help and apolgise.
And nooooo he didn't! He was far too good for this. Who'll be the optimist now? D:

Allan had died thinking that his closest friends, his family, thought him a traitor.

That's what makes it all the more heartbreaking.

This has made me cry all over again.
