1) I'm delighted to announce that wastingyourgum has agreed to be the community's Layout Manager (still trying to think of a better title for this - Outlaw Manager???!). Indeed, you will have noticed that wastingyourgum has very kindly made some changes already, including a lovely banner and increasing the width of posts. Welcome on board
