Logging into that one I do generally only ever see my own tweets in the feed so I don't know if anyone ever sees the TMR ones but I figured that if someone does stumble across it, we're more likely to get them interested if it keeps being updated than if I just gave it up as a bad effort, y'know?

(god dammit) Oh yeah - and I realise I should probably be posting these questions in the FAQ thread of the actual s4 post but what the smeg, this is right at the top of the page and a lot easier to get to - I think I'm gonna have quite a few more than 10 things that belong in footnotes, so I was wondering, might we be allowed to group some things together and count them all as one footnote? Like for example, one for inspirations that might have a few things from different episodes in, one for disrepancies/implasibilities where we beg mercy for our mistakes, one, in my case, for the meanings of names chosen for new characters... you know what I mean?

Yes, I think that's entirely fair. I've been finding that I have more to say than can fit into 10 footnotes, so I've been circumventing it by making multiple comments in the same footnote too :) For me it's been more a case of having a single footnote to say different types of things about a single episode (characters, historical notes, etc.), but I'm happy however you organise them.

I'm really excited to see all the entries, and participating myself, even if it is a surprisingly tough task!

While I do have 13 episodes already, the majority are lacking characterization, sub-plots and that epic awesomeness we all know and love.

Anyway, good luck to everyone preparing an entry. :-)

Thank you! And it sounds like yours is very much on track too :) It's so hard to get characterisation and sub-plots and epic awesomeness all in at once, isn't it? I may be starting to have a new-found respect for the writers - maybe even of season 3!

Anyway, I came in here to say I now have a plan (well, half a plan) for episode ten (which was the only ep without anything written in for it), YAY!!
Also, I've had another idea for something which was inspired by this which'll be posted into capslock_hood once my s4 is done and posted :)

I was supposed to be doing ep10 today but have been distracted by a) sorting out footnotes (very glad we've got around the limit on ten - what with references, justifications on what would/wouldn't happen in the telly series and name meanings I have quite a lot to talk about. You know me, I'm a rambler) and b) twitter etc (Graham Linehan just spoke to me again! *Big grin* If I keep being funny and interesting maybe I'll get me an exciting new follower... I'll casually drop in my ff writing, he'll get me the rights to Black Books or whatever then BAM! Official spin-off book-writer. It all starts here baby!) I've been a bit distracted. Must get back to it. But I'm pleased with ep9 as it feels the most series-y to me, and I'm excited about 10&11... twists and the like :P
