Aww, poor Allan. A god peek into how he might have tried to recover from Tom's death.

Well done.

Aww, poor darlin' Allan. Love how he can call his brother an idiot, but no one else can--so filial! Just please don't think I'm stealing your title when I post "Turning Point" which just needs a bit of clean up--as Rebecca pointed out, it seems we Allan fans share a brain (or at least a brainwave!).

Well done, BTW--very emotional.

I really like how you have Robs interacting with Allan, coming to pick him up, talk to him, etc., from his drunken stupor. Poor Allan. Nicely done!

I really like that you have Robin as the one to bring Allan to the "tipping point." Too often Robin is seen as aloof, especially when it comes to Allan. This makes sense to me. Not only would Robin possible care (gasp) about his men, but there would be practical reasons for his needing to intervene. ( I don't want to imagine a hung-over Allan with a constant headache and dry mouth. I bet he would be a pain in the arse.)

I can picture Robin's face, grimacing, in the dark outside the inn as drunkien Allan risks blowing their cover. I can picture it vividly.
