A/N: It was not her habit to be up at 4:00 a.m. writing by flashlight so as not to wake her husband...hee hee. Written for rh_intercomm .
It was not her habit to go walking so far from the abbey, but she had a desperate need for some fresh air with which to clear her head. It was certainly not her habit to leave the path to go wandering deeper into the forest, but when she had heard the moans, she had honestly thought that someone was hurt. She felt morally bound by Christian duty to investigate and lend aid if she was able. She did not know what made her linger, hidden amongst the trees, watching the lurid scene unfold before her. But then, it was not her habit that lay in a tangled heap with his leather vest and breeches.
A small giggle bubbled up and escaped from Sister Mary Angelina eliciting a stern, reproving look from the Mother Superior. Sister Mary Angelina's cheeks turned a bright crimson color before she quickly bowed her head lower in supplication.
It was not her habit to lust or to think such impure, sinful thoughts at Vespers, but Oh, that Allan a' Dale!
