There's no one thing I can blame, but all the little things have added up to wear me down lately. I don't have the energy or the mood for writing, script or blog. I pulled two 50+ hour weeks at Laika followed by a 42 hour week, being Melissa, and somehow sunk a little deeper into the lonely/tired/reclusive Ikea cave I call a bedroom. I'm older than you, so it was clearly my life first, poopypants.

I've never created a Travis in the game. Right now I'm experimenting with a girl I've named Thel California whose entire family I refuse to control (except to make them get jobs and fulfill their randomly-assigned need to have 5 children, ugh). Thel has the "evil" personality and I've been controlling her and only her since she was a toddler, to see how the game plays if I don't interfere.

So far, the results have been: I need a more interesting experiment.
