My TV boyfriends, let me show you them.

I've been thinking about the TV guys that I've liked. There are a lot of guys who are just randomly pretty, but I mean the ones that really turned my crank. And, not surprisingly, I have a type. Not just tall, dark, and handsome (although, yeah), but a character type. You know how some women like the bad boys? Not me. I like the squeaky-clean, ( Read more... )

Great picspam.

'Um. Guys? One of these things is not like the others...'
You don't say. I think the last time Callum played a good guy was Wilby Wonderful.

Where did you find the picture of Callum in the pinstripe suit?

I still have to watch Wilby Wonderful! *gnashes teeth* One day I will catch up on my TV viewing, I swear...

Somebody (I think possibly j_s_cavalcante) posted that pic on my journal during the Thread of Dooooooooom. I don't know where it came from originally.

'I still have to watch Wilby Wonderful!'
When you do get a change to watch it I think you'll enjoy it.

Wow. I think we have the same type. I've always thought Dean Cain was a hottie and I thought the Early Edition Guy was the coolest evah. Loved him! However, we cannot forget Michael Vartan. And... I'm ashamed to admit that I actually watched a made for tv holiday movie Holiday in Handcuffs just because said guy was .Mario Lopez. Sorry to start my own fantasies on your journal.

BTW, just like I only like "good guys" in movies, I also only like to watch movies in which I actually like the actors. Though I used to like him, I now DESPISE Tom Cruise. And I cannot handle Jack Nicholson in any from. I can't seem to separate reality from the movie. Meh. ;)

Michael Vartan looks cute, but I never watched anything that he was in, so I have no emotional attachment.

But. MARIO LOPEZ? *dies*

I know. I can't watch anything with Nicholas Cage in it, and I'd love to watch "National Treasures". I don't even know anything bad about Nicholas Cage, I just don't like him.

Every time I think I have a type, something weird happens and I don't know anymore! But I'm *so* with you on Christopher Reeve's Superman. And Clark Kent. *Especially* Clark, though it really has to be the whole package for either of them to be interesting. (You weren't around for my Supermanpostsplosion, were you? Heh.)

I laughed out loud at the wild haired, wild eyed picture of Paul Gross (with the white cuffs) - is that his character in the other show?

CKR was actually pretty cute in his high school picture!

OT/Catherine Bell is really pretty. I didn't watch JAG regularly, but when I did I think it was because I had a crush on her. :)

Where's the Supermanpostsplosion? Sounds interesting!

Yep, that's Paul Gross as Geoffrey Tennant in Slings & Arrows. Hot as anything, but as I posted elsewhere, crazynuts, and therefore almost off-limits for me--like non-con, almost. (Okay, I am weird.)

I kind of really want David James Elliott and Catherine Bell to get married IRL. Can you imagine how adorable their babies would be? /eugenics Nazi

Here's the Supermanpostsplosion - it's all from 2005/2006. Turns out I had a handy dandy "superman" tag! I wasn't sure. There's a song mix, some babbling about why I love Clark Kent, and a movie marathon. :)

OMG. Almost scarily pretty.

I used to love Early Addition. It was on Right before Lois and Clark on a Sunday evening. Sunday used to be my TV day...
Blakes 7 from 10 am followed by Doctor Who at 11am (a complete story so length of time varied somewhat), then 3 hours of Star Trek (Next Gen, DS9, Voyager). Then I had a break.
In the evening it was Early Addition, Lois and Clark and the X Files. Sometimes Highlander would be on super-late after that.

I don't seem to have the time to watch as much TV now, I blame the Sims and the computer in general for that...

As for a 'type' I think I like characters with fuzzy morals, but who are 'good' guys... Avon, Methos, Captain Jack to name a few. Oh and dead guys - Kai from Lexx and assorted vampires!

Good grief, I'd have a raging headache after a schedule like that! Sounds like fun, though!

I definitely don't have time to watch as much TV as I used to. The computer plays a large part of that, but I also blame marriage, two kids and a job...
