So I'll be over to the Thread of Doom in a minute - I'd completely forgotten about it so I'll try and make up for that!

Regarding the finishy thing. Er. I'm working on Master Plan again. Which I didn't even put down for voting because I didn't think I'd get a muse for it. And I'm not working at all on the Angel/Jack thing since I wrote a few more paragraphs a few weeks ago, because it's just boring. I need some kink in it, I think, to get me interested.

Hmm. You'd think role-playing Spike would get me in the mood or something, but I don't think it's helped.

It might be like what Becky talks about--when you're role-playing, you're using up whatever you would have written fic about, so you don't *need* to write fic anymore. Or at least I think she says something like that. :) And really, who's going to complain about more of Master Plan?

Well, yeah, it definitely worked that way at first. I was role-playing and therefore not writing. But lately, there's been so much Master/Doctor stuff there, with Lis bringing in her AU pair and Morgyn bringing in her next regeneration pair, oh, and Vae's Lucy giving me ideas back in December, that it's really got me thinking and that's where the next chapter of Master Plan is coming from.

I bet if I started playing Angel, I'd start writing this fic. *g*

I think you may have a point with the deadline, and if I do this again I'm going to make the whole thing six weeks, as that seems like a do-able time limit, and it seems that most of us *don't* focus until the last minute. :)
