We say we're "thinking in circles" when we're confused. Do Time Lords think in straight lines when they're confused? Spirals? Angles? Triangles? Rhomboids?

Well, to find out first you'd have to find a Timelord prepared to admit to being confused.

True. They're all confused, but as to whether they'd admit it...

Maybe sprays or explosions or bowls of spaghetti?

"Bowls of spaghetti" just became canon in my head for the Doctor. That's perfect for him.

bowls of spaghetti?

Time Lord confusion = out-of-whack geometry with nonsense angles that don't add up and insanely skewed perspectives.

What? No, I haven't spent WAY TOO MUCH TIME thinking about this before...

So you're saying M.C. Escher was a confused Time Lord? I'll buy that.

Well, the Master did come up with Castrolvalva, which was very Escher-esque! *g*

In figures drawn in more dimensions than we can safely imagine, I would think. Like 9 dimensions?

Nine dimensions and spaghetti.

"Argh, it's no good, I'm thinking in tubas again!"

(French horns are twistier, but tubas are just funny.)

Bwahahaha. Yes, exactly! Or some kind of alien instrument that looks like it was designed by Dr. Seuss, but that falls under "if you have to explain it, it isn't funny."

LOL!

Darn, but I miss his insanity so much. It made my own seem a little more acceptable.
