Man, no matter how many times I cross the Pacific, I never get used to first 5 days after the flight. I sleep in 4-5 hour bursts and practically vibrate around my apartment due to jittery-ness (which is SO now a word), mainlining mass amounts of caffeine and emptying bottles of Tylenol to keep the headaches at bay.

I'm from Canada but I've been living in Shanghai for the last 7 years (starting year 8 now). ^^ My LJ is mostly teaching stories and surviving in Shanghai when it's not based on fandom. ^^
