You're an ESL teacher too? Where in China are you? *is curious as I was in ZhuHai when I was there. I'm in Poland now*

I've been teaching in Shanghai since September of 2003. I'm in Canada right now for the summer break, visiting family, but I'll be back in Shanghai around mid-August. :D
Do you teach in Poland now? What grades? And what grades did you teach while you were in China?

*nods* I taught in China for 13 months from 2005-2006. Had a year at home, got my CELTA (the stress! The stress!) and then got a 2 year contract in Poland. I'm back in Australia for my summer break but I'll have another 9 months of it when the break is over.
I teach at a private language school so I don't actually have grades, they're grouped into levels. I've got Pre-Ints, Int, Upper-Int, CPE (really, really advanced English), Teenagers, Children, Adults...I teach the whole spectrum *grins*. In China I was at a private school again and I taught everything from Kindergarten (they were so CUTE!!!) to Adults. I'm actually looking at heading back to China when my contract in Poland is over. I miss it (and my Mandarin is getting even worse than what it was to begin with).

And incidentally, I spent nearly a month in Oz two years ago, trawling around Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney. Gorgeous, utterly gorgeous country. :D
