Threadhopping: Usually yes. Within reason. Ask first, if only cause the person I'm threading with might mind.
Fourthwalling: Yes, they do it in canon so he's used to being a "character" in a book.
Offensive subjects: Sure, there's not much that bothers me. Feel free to ask me though if you're not sure.

Hugging this character: Sure. He won't like it though unless you're a hot chick or Sam.
Kissing this character: Same as above (Minus Sam). You may even get kissed back if you're a hot chick.
Flirting with this character: Yes. For dudes it will be awkward and he'll be resistant.
Fighting with this character: Absolutely.
Injuring this character: I'm pretty cool with injuring him. As long as it's within reason. I prefer that we plot it out and such, especially if it's going to be something big like beating him within an inch of his life. So please contact me ahead of time. Usually if it's something small I won't mind and if you want something to hit just let me know. I try to be fair as possible.
Killing this character: Yes, but please ask me first and lets plot it out. Cause you will have Sam and Cas on your ass if you kill him.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes. He won't like it, but feel free.
Warnings: Dean is a walking spoiler so if you haven't seen up to Season 5 and don't want to know things please, please tell me. I will do my best to be as vague as possible and Dean isn't one to be too open about things but, he will occasionally crack jokes at himself, the things he's been through or poke fun at Sam and/or Cas that might reveal things. He makes canon references A LOT.
In the same vein he may 4th wall here or there. So again, if YOU don't want that let me know. Same thing, I won't go too heavy on the 4th walling either. I don't want to break your character. When I popped around the 4th wall event I was very loose/somewhat extreme because it was 4TH WALL, so he won't go around going "DUDE GET OUT OF THAT TURTLE SUIT" or "Oh you're a comic book character" to your face unless you want that. If anything he may respond in such a way that your chara can roll his eyes and brush it off. IDK we can work it out. Let me know.
**Threats. This is huge. Until he's used to Discedo he's going to be going on instinct. He's paranoid and used to hunting down things that are considered monsters or supernatural. Demons possessing humans, vampires who are trying to lay low, doesn't matter, he killed them and often times the human hosts too. So if you play something non-human chances are his first priority is figuring out how to kill you. He will most likely put you under a microscope first and learn things at least so it's not like he'll be out after you from the get go. I definitely do want to work with you guys on ANYTHING and he'll chill out once he gets used to the idea that we're all in this together.
Just don't expect him to fully trust you. He's even skeptical of his own brother and Cas at times. But it can be done and he can get along with other beings. Trust can always be earned and if you prove to be more help than threat then he'll leave you alone. I swear he'll eventually get to a point where he's not trying to kill everything. Especially when he figures out it's useless...
Other Notes: If you have supernatural senses you will not be able to feel or track Sam or Deans presence. They have Enochian seals carved onto their ribs courtesy of Cas. These block Angels and Demons from being able to find them/sense them/what have you. I assume it works for most other things.
In the same vein both brothers have a tattoo on the left side of their chest, above the heart that prevents demons from possessing them.
