Downtown Apartments Motel

NPC Staff/Use? Both; Faith will be taking the place over and fixing it up, but she's going to need help. If she ends up making a profit of any kind from it, she'll eventually offer to pay folks to help her fix it up.
Description: The Downtown Apartments Motel offers rooms, but not very nice ones; it's a total hole that attracts the worst common denominator, or just people who can't afford better. It's going to take a while to make it presentable, but Faith is probably up for the challenge, with help. She'll probably also change the name eventually.
