Green bean casserole

As an American living in the UK, I do Thanksgiving once a year for all my British friends who think it's a massive novelty. While my Thanksgivings growing up were always very civilised family only affairs, my new tradition (while incorporating the same foods) is to get all my friends together (there were 38 this year), cram them all into my tiny ( Read more... )

oh yea this is my favourite side dish. or um. main dish. depending upon if i'm alone or sharing. and i have a hard time sharing! i've used both cream of mushroom and cream of celery...

Oh yes. Leftovers chucked on top of stuffing with garlic salt and more bacos is an awesome main dish as well!

Is this supposed to be made with condensed soup or normal soup? Seems that recipes vary.

I use normal soup -- I think you can use condensed soup if for each can of soup you add a can that is half water, half milk.
