I just mentioned this recipe to a friend of mine who lives in El Paso. She says this is just the nacho cheese equivalent for down there. *hehe*

I know what we do! we market a line of "trashy eats" meal kits. and for many of them, we include a roll of toilet paper and a can of air freshener right in the kit!
Ok, Luxlis gets the rights to this for 30 days, and if she chooses not to make millions off of it, it goes to some kind of community based ownership agreement where we are all shareholders or something...

Interesting! My family had a dish we called "glop" when I was growing up, but it was some kind of mashed potato-swiss chard thing, and it was not nearly as delicious as this sounds. *g*
