I don't have actual ratios, I just add some of each thing until the texture seems right, because what they list does NOT.

I am going to try this recipe next time I have instant potatoes! I don't buy them much because it doesn't save THAT much time.

Quite literally months later, but...I love this. I do the evaporated milk version of it, and I don't top with cheese or bacon (my aunt-in-law does). I just top with paprika and bake.
