ngl, I would eat the hell out of that.

poor college trash, french fries, pizza, gravy, artery-clogging goodness, stuff with stuff on top, cheese... and lots of it, bacon, potatos

I cringed every time he called it a poutine. And I would've just used gravy instead of tomato sauce. But omg, that still looks delicious.

I agree with everything you said (even the cringe), and I also probably would've had 2 smaller layers of cheese, one under the fries like he did, and one above.

But yes, I'd die eating this, with no regrets.

As a Montrealer I say "a poutine" but I hear people say just "poutine" as well. I think because in french its une poutine not de la poutine. But if I'm gonna split hairs, technically his creation is a disco fries pizza :-P. Regardless, I would totally nom it.

i'd eat that. my jr high and highschool cafeterias used to have personal sized pizzas and if you got fries/fries and gravy/poutine with it, it went on top... and it was delicious.
