Kinda reminds me of a crunchy buckeye.
Peanut butter(with powdered sugar to bind it) balls dipped in chocolate. So good...

I'll have to try this.

um... where do you get government commodities? and, they dont give you cheese anymore? cause thats sad.. i used to love me some govmnt cheese when i was a kid.. ::sigh:: nothin else like it.

I am not sure in all the states, I know in South Dakota I got the information at our Food Stamp office (SNAP I think is what they call it). And no only senior citizens get that awesome cheese. Now they just give us this oil based sliced cheese, which is only good and edible in casseroles after lightly burning it.

euch.... oil and cheese do not go in the same sentance heh. yeah, we have hit some hard times before, but i dont see the nutritional value of oil cheese... now i cant wait to get old.. ::ponders what senior citizens she can mug.. i mean bribe.. heh::

ah well, doesnt matter come to find out, here in ohio, the commodities go to the school lunches.. aaaand since none of my kids go to public schools we are all out of luck LOL. For the best for the best.
