main dishes, stuff with stuff on top, fast food, vegetables... probably canned, cheese... and lots of it

Although I have seemed to acquire a thing of bacon salt recently... I'll try it.

Maybe toss in a chopped garlic clove and sprinkle with lemon pepper, or shake on a tiny amount seasoned salt.

so all you would need to do to "spice" it up is add onion and garlic powder, maybe some pepper and tabasco too.
