You know how you get stuck with a load of leftovers from taco night? I found a rather tasty, messy, trashy way to use those. Yah! We do quesadillas this way all the time. Use up all kinds of leftovers that way. It came to me when I was thinking of S.O.S. and didn't feel like bread. :D
