OK I'm going to ask a dumb question: what is congee? I have heard of it before but don't know what it is. We have mango flavored pineapple here too. I used to take it to work as a snack. :)

It's basically rice that is cooked in a lot of water or broth for hours until it has a smooth texture. It's a Chinese breakfast food.
