[Rubi sounds excited and looks quite disheveled. Leaves, bracken in his hair, torn shirt sleeve, a bit of vine clinging to his metal wings. He's been wandering in the woods again

[ he spots Rubi's state and smiles. ]

How about we take a bath then? When you're done your cake- I can get all the twigs out of your hair.

[Headtilt. Bath, eh? He smiles after a moment. That way, they don't have to be apart while he cleans himself up. But it never occurred to him to bathe with anyone else.]

Should we draw water, or go to the stream or river--oh, but that is probably too cold for you.

We can go to the bathhouse... s-since some fae might see us at the river.

[Rubi usually bathes in the river, because he's weird like that. Anyway he'll headtilt at that.]

Would it matter if they saw you? If they bothered you, I would take care of that.

...but it's all right. We can go to the bathhouse.

I'd rather not start any fights if we don't have to...

Did you want to go now...? O-Or do you have to meet the person you promised cake to?

...Ah, that is a shame. But, I can save the fighting for another time.

[He seems happy just at the prospect of spending time with Viktor.]

Don't fight too much unless you have to...okay?

Mmm. Okay, lets go.

[ and we will leave our li'l cal off. you're staying here mister. Viktor happily gets the washing things and they are on their way. ]

Sometimes fighting is good, though! Other creatures here agree. Well, some of them agree.

[Rubi walks alongside Viktor with his wings spread out to stretch them. It'll be strange, bathing with someone. Interesting though.]

Just be careful, okay? If you get hurt, I'll help you...

My wounds heal quickly... Most of them do. You don't have to worry about that, Viktor.

[Rubi wraps one arm around him and sort of curves his wings in that direction too.]

I know. But still... p-playing nurse might be a little fun.

[ it's just a light-hearted joke. soon enough they get to the bath house and Viktor glances around. ]

Ah...we set our clothes here, I think...

You'd like to? ...Since you're the human, perhaps I should play the nurse.

[It makes sense to him somehow. He does smile though, and glance around quite curiously at the bathhouse when the two arrive there.]

...ah yes, clothes. Would you like help with yours? [He'll drift over quite willing to assist with that.]

[Rubi pauses just as his hands would've touched Viktor's collar. He tilts his head this way and that, trying to catch the rambling.]

Why not? ... [Hm, maybe it wasn't fair.]

[He'll vanish his wings for the moment, to make that a bit easier if he wants to.]
