I think it'd be better to start of with a base that already is flesh-colored, so S1 or S2 would both be good bases depending on what you want the end result to look like.

Thank you. I think it shouldn't be to hard to get Photoshop for free. If you download a trial it should only take some googling to find a working serial code.
