Internet´s not working..

.. on my computer. It just stopped connecting yesterday afternoon for no reason what so ever. I´m writing this on my old computer. My dad has spent 6-7 hours working on my computer trying to get Internet to work without success and has now pretty much given up - I don´t blame him. We´ll probably bring it in to be fixed sometime next week. WHY,

Aww, that sucks. I'm sorry :(
I had a problem with the internet on one of my PCs. If i plugged it right in, it wouldn't work, so i assumed that the piece on the motherboard, where the net plugs in (whatever that's called in English) is broken.
So i went out and i got a wireless net thingy that plugs into a USB and now it works fine! Does that sound any like your situation?

I´m currently using a wireless net and for some reason my computer can no longer pick up the signal from the machine-thingy-that-I-don´t-know-the-name-of. It doesn´t even work if I plug it in with cables (which means it doesn´t work without wireless either). We´re going to hand it in to someone who hopefully will be able to find out what´s wrong.

Me too. It´s getting a bit frustrating having to download things on one computer and then having to move things over to the other one using USB-cables - that´s what I had to do in order to get your awesome hoodies, but it was worth it :D

oh, no! have you tried calling tech support of some kind?

No I havn´t *feels stupid for not having thought about that*. We´ll most likely hand it in to someone who hopefully knows how to fix it very soon so I´m hoping it will be fixed that way.
