Oh oh oh. OUCH. I love the ache in this one - that whole last paragraph is relentless. I like this especially: "He yanked at the door handle, threw himself into the car, and sat for a moment before yelling goddammit! to no one in particular and starting the engine." It's so very Dean.
I'm really enjoying the snapshots we get in each chapter. Can't wait for the last part!

There was a dent, a big one, but he didn't really care because he suddenly felt sick and barely made it to the trash can on the opposite side of the alley in time. Leaning against the car, he wiped his mouth and nose with the back of his hand, spit the last bit of acid on to the ground.
