don't worry too much about Mercury, just being aware is helpful, so it only might make it a little harder to learn the ropes of the new job. Knowing is half the battle and all that ;)

Praying that you get one of the jobs...I know you'll be so great at either one! And there's nothing like being on the same schedule as your kids.

I'm sorry that Jordan is having a hard time...that makes me so sad. It must be hard to watch your kids try to adjust...and find their new normal, too. I'm praying for you friend...and for your sweet kids.
