[This, here, is an innocent, unassuming kitchen. It could be found pretty much anywhere-an inn somewhere on Terca Lumireis, a particularly nice house in Konoha, an abandoned restaurant on modern-day Earth, the school kitchen at a certain magical (or cursed~?) boarding school…anywhere

[Misa Misa will be pulling a tray of (low-fat!) cookies out of one of the ovens, an effort that takes both hands and some precarious balance with her small size. Said cookies are in a number of cute little Halloween!shapes, bats and pumpkins and arched-cats and ghosts--yaaaaay for cookie cutters!

She doesn't normally do a lot of baking--most goods are waaaay too high in fat--but baking is ttly one obligatory duty of a good wife, PLUS it's just fun to get in the spirit. ^_^

So now she'll be moving the cookies onto a plate, dressed in a small, pink, undeniably adorable apron and humming to herself. ♥]

[And since she doesn't even realize he's BEHIND her when it hits, it's twice as startling, but even WITHOUT the surprise factor, that gets a very loud, very high-pitched yelp--and saying 'high-pitched' for her is really something. 8|

And then she twists around and backs away, trying to glare but EFFING OW IT STILL HURTS DX] Wahhh! You--!

[And another yelp, and then she has the sense to back up against the counter this time] Stop it! That hurts!

OW! [Attempting to guard herself with one hand, she makes an indignant grab at the towel with the other] Jerk--!

[She flings it into the sink behind her--and then with an irate huff and a rather emphatic "Hmph!" she stomps returns to where she was mixing her next batch of cookie dough.

WITHOUT ANY BACKWARDS GLANCE AT ALL GET OUT ALREADY >|]

[She sends him the briefest of narrow looks out of the corner of her eye before continuing to busy herself with mixmixmixing more dough with her spoon, her nose a little higher in the air than usual.]

[She reacts about a second after he's already backed off, jumping about a foot in the air and barely avoiding dropping the bowl as she whips around because WHAT WHAT WUT DID HE DO and EW HE DID NOT JUST TOUCH HER COOKIE DOUGH >|] Hey!

...I kinda fail for not even noticing, orz

[UGH THAT IS SO FREAKING GROSS--

She drops the bowl on the counter from an intentional foot or so in the air, ignoring when it slams and swivels and threatens to roll off before finally coming to s standstill.] You're just doing it to annoy Misa! You already said you don't like them! [Because she can... only assume that those mouths are for eating when it comes to food.]

....So we'll call it void. |D

[She wouldn't be quiet if he asked her nicely >|] What are you--? [AGITATED HUFF, and then she turns to dump the rest of the bowl in the trash.]
